Definitely NOT a clean show!!
I decided to buy tickets for my 14 year old little brother for Christmas (I'm 36). After reading reviews for Fluffy that said he was a clean comic and that it's a pretty family friendly show, he and I have bonded over comedy. Did I mention that I also purchased tickets for my Dad and Stepmom? Little did I know that there would be three openers that were definitely not clean comedians.
After three sets of non-stop jokes about sex and drugs, laden with f-bombs and other choice language, I wanted to crawl under my chair and die of embarrassment. Little Feat himself was pretty clean as far as language goes.
Imagine my poor 14 year old brother sandwiched between his mom and sister listening to 15 minutes of masturbation material. Don't get me wrong, I love comedy and appreciate most of its dirty nuances. My little bro is 14 and grew up with the internet so he has probably seen and heard much worse than this show.
If I had known about the content of the show, especially that there were openers that are not clean comics, I would have waited until my little brother was at least 16, maybe even 18, before taking him to this show. By that point, I might as well take him to see better comedians. Also, the part of the show when Martin and Alfred roll out a cart of merch to plug is lame. If people want a shirt, they'll buy a shirt. Knock it off.
